Pay and Order Online

WG Grinders Cafeteria Operations partners with MySchoolAccount.com for managing lunch services for our students. MySchoolAccount.com offers parents the ability to make deposits directly into their student’s account online or via their mobile app.  You will also be able to track your children’s purchases, transfer funds between siblings, and set low balance reminders.  Deposits and payments can be made using checking/savings accounts or credit/debit cards.  We will still accept payments in the cafeteria at the register. You may pay by check (made out to WG Grinders), credit card, or cash. The account will be updated in real time, so the balance information will be current. There will be a $2.00 per transaction convenience fee for online deposits using checking or savings accounts and a 4.75% fee for using credit/debit cards. 

In order to take advantage of this service, you will need to create a parent account. In order to do this  please follow these instructions: 

  1. Go to www.MySchoolAccount.com 
  2. Click “Create Account” on the top menu bar
  3. Fill in the required information on the “Parent Account Sign-Up” page
  4. Select OH for the state
  5. Create a User ID and Password
  6. Choose WG Grinders from the “School District” drop down menu
  7. Click the “Accept” box and then click “Signup.” You will receive an email that will contain a “verification code” 

After you receive the verification code, you can add your student’s information. You will need to log in to MySchoolAccount.com again using your new User ID and Password. You will then complete the  following steps: 

  1. Enter the verification code you received to verify your email address
  2. Begin adding your student’s information according to the guidelines provided. You will need your student’s ID number (the number starts with their graduation year followed by four digits). Use this number with CHS as a prefix. Example: CHS20250000
  3. Repeat step two for all of your children that attend Carroll
  4. After your student(s) are added, you will be able to make payments and view transaction history

Any money remaining on your child’s account from the previous school year will be transferred to the new system automatically. No action is required of you for this to occur.  If your child has money remaining on an account from a different school, please contact Meghann Fite or call (937) 684-5642 to transfer the balance.
