We are able to offer a cash free option for cafeteria transactions. By partnering with SPS EZ pay, we are able to simplify the lunch payment process for students. SPS EZ pay is an online system that allows parents to monitor student balances, purchase activity, receive low balance warnings, and add to their student’s lunch account. We encourage all parents that have a student who will buy lunches throughout the year to create an account for the SPS EZ pay system.
To load the account online, parents may use their credit and/or debit card. We can now take credit card payments in the cafeteria. We also accept cash and checks, which can be given to the cashier in the cafeteria during lunch. It will be loaded to your student’s account that day.
Parents who use the online system must first set up an account. When you create your account, the system will ask you for an account number. This number is your student’s school ID number which can be found on their ID badge or on your FACTS statement. You will need this as part of the online registration. This system is completely secure. No personal information about your student is available online. The system does not keep your credit card information on file, and you will need to re-enter your credit card number each time you use the online system.
Complete the registration page and add your child’s name and Student ID number. Once you have registered and created a password, you will not need the student ID number again. Please be sure to allow SPS EZ pay into your email, otherwise it will be considered spam and will go to your junk email.

Payments made online will be credited in two business days. There is a $2.00 convenience charge for each online credit card reload to the student’s card. There are no other fees to use this system.
