25-Year Reunion

Saturday, August 2, 2025: 5:00 PM-12:00 AM

Where: The Acres Restaurant + Bar + Driving Range + Mini Golf, 9941 Reading Rd, Cincinnati

• Cost: $50.00 per person (extra donations appreciated, even if you are not coming)
• Payment: You can Venmo @Corey-Myers.  You can also pay at the door, but PLEASE only let us know if you are paying at the door if you are 100% coming.  We are all self-funding this as a team, and I would hate for anyone to get stuck with a bill.  Friends and/or spouses welcome, please just pay for the appropriate amount of humans and put all attendees' names in the Venmo note line upon payment.  
• What Do I Get?: With the $50.00 ticket price, we will have shared food items available from The Acres menu and we also have a surprise food item that will be coming later in the evening.  We will have beer available and there will be a few CHS cocktails that are available as well until the supply runs out.  If you want any specific food and/or drinks outside of what is offered, you are welcome to open up your own tab as well.  Depending on the amount of tickets sold, we will also have a DJ or a band.
• When You Arrive: We will have a check-in station in the outdoor covered patio behind the bar / kitchen area.  Please come here first so we can cross your name off the list, make sure that you have paid, and get you ready to go for the evening.

Beginning at 5:30 p.m., this 2-mile race between the 2025 Carroll Cross Country teams and the mighty Carroll Alumni will start and finish inside the Carroll track stadium.  The race will be followed by a family cookout in the cafeteria for the team, alumni and friends of Carroll Cross Country.  Mark Gerhard ‘72 started the Alumni Run 48 years ago when he was the Carroll Cross Country Coach.  He only coached Cross Country for a few years and then turned all of his energy and passion into coaching wrestling.  For 45 years Mark touched the lives of countless kids as a wrestling coach at Carroll and a youth wrestling coach and leader throughout Southwest Ohio.  Sadly, Mark passed away in 2021 so the Carroll Alumni Run was renamed in his honor.  All Carroll alumni and friends are invited to join us.  Please contact Coach John Agnew '80 at carrollcross@yahoo.com if you have any questions.
