Addison Myers '28: Student of the Week, December 12, 2024

Addison Myers '28, Mercy House member and St. Helen School Alumna, with Mr. Carl Soucek
Addison goes above the call of duty every day in class. More impressive is her dedication to the work that happens beyond the class period. She's very helpful in her efforts to set up and clear the band room so that our space is more welcoming for other students. She's always willing to help, even when the need for help is less evident and unsolicited. She's an advocate for the band program to her peers and students at her previous grade school, St. Helen. She does an outstanding job of spreading the good word about our amazing school and the programs offered at Carroll.

Charlie Williams '26: Student of the Week December 5, 2024

Charlie Williams ‘26, Mercy House member and St. Helen School Alumnus, with Ms. Jamie Aubin ’06
Charlie's calm and kind disposition in class lends to good discussions. Once I found out Charlie was a football team Captain, I knew he could help me with students struggling in my drawing class. Charlie heard me out and said he would discuss things with my drawing student. Since that day, my struggling student has made more effort and has been more communicative. Charlie is not only a great leader and student, but he wants to see his teammates and classmates succeed. He is happy to step in and help when needed.
