28th Annual Alumni Golf Outing

The Carroll Alumni Association invites you to support the
28th Annual Alumni Golf Outing!

All in the Carroll Community are welcome -- alumni, parents, grandparents, friends!  Join us for a great day of golf and fellowship!  

This is an important Alumni Association fundraiser that grants opportunities for alumni, provides scholarships to current Carroll students, and helps fund numerous high school projects.  This past year, the Carroll Alumni Association provided funds to renovate the indoor spirit shop and install power and lighting to the outdoor spirit shed.
 

Golfers sign in at 8:00 a.m.; 
9:00 a.m. shotgun start
 

Cost: $125.00 per person includes a light breakfast, driving range, golf with cart, snacks, and unlimited domestic beers, soft drinks, sports drinks, and water.  Also included is a hot dog at the turn, and a delicious meal catered by The Cherry House Cafe once the outing concludes.
 
Awards: Hole-in-One Grand Prize of $15,000, first place and second place teams, longest drive, and closest to the pin

All sponsorships and golfer fees are tax-deductible, minus the actual cost or benefit received. Your tax-deductible portion would be $40.00 per player. 

Proper golf attire is required at all times for event participants and volunteers at Beavercreek Golf Course.  Proper attire includes: golf shirts with collar, golf sweaters, sweatshirts, golf slacks, proper length shorts, golf shoes, or soft-soled shoes.  Proper golf attire does not include: T-shirts, tank tops, mesh shirts, denim jeans, coaches shorts, swim wear, collarless shirts, and sweatpants.

Please register prior to August 15th.

This event has sold out the past six years, so be sure to register as soon as possible since the field is limited!  No refunds for golfer cancellations, but substitutions are allowed.

$1,000+ Sponsors need to register by August 15th in order to receive some of these benefits, such as recognition on the giveaway item.

Add an extra $100 to any tier to set up a vendor promotion table at your sponsored hole.

The course will provide the table and chair(s).  Sponsors should be prepared to set up and tear down this vendor table and display any promotional materials they wish to distribute.  They are also welcome to assign individual(s) to staff their table.  Questions?  Please contact jweitz@carrollhs.org.
