Visual Arts Scholarship Application
  • I have read the description of the Visual Art Scholarship and detailed instructions.  I have provided information truthfully and to the best of my knowledge.  I understand that if I submit without all required materials or past the due date of December 1, 2022, my application will not be considered.

  • All applicants should complete the questions below.

  • You must digitally submit (email) 5 pieces of your art plus 5 different sketches/doodles on any paper, such as a sketchbook totaling 10 pieces of art (you must show paper edges in the pictures you email).  Two of your 10 art pieces must be in color (marker, crayon, chalk, colored pencil, or paint).  Please submit your photos of the artwork to Mrs. Merland (  Name each picture file as YOUR last name #1-10.  Example: LastName1, LastName2, and so on for each of the 10 pictures.  

    You must also have an art teacher fill out a recommendation form.  Click here to access the Teacher Recommendation Form.

    If chosen for this scholarship, the student agrees to commit to at least eight semesters of the core art curriculum courses, become part of the Carroll High School art community by joining the National Art Honor Society for as long as she/he receives the scholarship, and maintain a 4.0 in art courses.


2022 Graduation
