APPLICATIONS
ACCEPTED

Applications accepted for the incoming Freshman Class of 2021.  Applications for the 2016-2017 school year are available online and require credit card payment.  Click here to apply online.  The student application fee is $125 and must be paid by credit card. Click here to download a copy of the application.

Financial Aid applications will be available starting October 1.  2017-18 scholarship opportunities will be updated soon.

CHALK TALKS

 
Parent forum conversations with our principal, Matt Sableski, in a small group atmosphere to help parents determine if Carroll is a good fit for their child. RSVP is highly recommended. .  Click here to register online.

8th GRADE
VISIT DAYS

 

8th grade students from local Catholic, private, public or home schools are scheduled to visit Carroll for a full day. Students will engage in departmental overviews in the classrooms, understand the rigor of Carroll academics, hear from Campus Ministry, and explore what extracurricular activities are offered.  Small groups are led by current Carroll Patriots.  

If your school is not scheduled to attend one of these days, call 253-8188 ext. 314 to schedule your visit. (Monday, October 24: ​St. Brigid, St. Anthony; ​Wednesday, October 26: ​St. Luke, Holy Angels, Ascension; ​Friday, October 28: St. Helen, St. Peter, Our Lady of the Rosary, Immaculate Conception)

OPEN HOUSE

 1:00 - 4:00 pm.  This is a great opportunity for prospective families to talk to our current parents, students, alumni and teachers about Carroll.  The Open House will offer students and parents the chance to meet our Principal, Mr. Sableski, learn about our new House System, and see how much Carroll has to offer!

PATRIOT FOR A DAY

Your 8th grader will be partnered with a Carroll student with similar interests and spend the day attending classes, immersed in the reality of what makes each day a great day to be a Patriot!  A free school lunch will be provided to each Patriot for a Day.  Eighth graders are encouraged to shadow on Thursdays or days when his/her school is not in session.  Click here to register!

HSPT PREP SESSIONS

8:15 a.m. - 10:00 am.  Two optional test prep sessions are offered to help prepare students for the High School Placement Test (November 19). Registration is required with a fee of $20.  Click here to register for Session I (November 5).  Click here to register for Session II (November 12).  Both sessions cover the same material and test-taking strategies.

HIGH SCHOOL
PLACEMENT TEST


8:15 am.  The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is required for 8th grade students seeking admission. Pre-registration and a $30 fee is required.  Students on a 504/IEP are required to have his/her current principal submit plan documentation.  Click here to register for the Make-up test scheduled for December 17.

ACCEPTANCE

 Acceptance letters mailed out with further information about course selection.  Applications received after the acceptance date will be considered and informed of decisions on a case-by-case basis.

TUITION ASSISTANCE


Financial Aid and Reis-Eckhardt Scholarship notifications will be mailed with acceptance letters.  Third-party scholarship winners will be notified by scholarship owners on an individual basis.

COURSE SELECTION

Guidance Department meets with students and parents for Freshman Course
Selection.
 
April 29

ACCEPTANCE PARTY

Congratulations to new Patriots!  Come celebrate and meet new friends in the
Class of 2021!  New Parent Information Sessions run concurrently.
