Once again, we are able to offer a cash-free option for cafeteria transactions. By partnering with SPS EZpay, we are able to simplify the lunch payment process for students. SPS EZpay is an online system that allows parents to monitor student balances, purchase activity, receive low balance warnings, and add to their student's lunch accounts.
We encourage all parents that have a student who will buy lunches throughout the year to sign up for the SPS EZpay system.
To load the account online, parents may use their credit and/or debit card. We cannot take credit card payments at our office; this is only available over the internet. We still accept cash and checks, which can be brought to the school office and given to Mrs. Mindy Monell.
Parents who use the online system must first create an account. When you set up your account, the system will ask you for an account number. This number is your student's school ID number which is listed on their schedule. You will need this as part of the online registration. This system is completely secure. No personal information about your student is available online. The system does not keep your credit card information on file and you will need to re-enter your credit card number each time you use the online system.
You can access the online payment website by clicking on the SPS EZpay logo above. Complete the registration page and add your child's name and ID number. Once you have registered and created a password, you will not need the student ID number again. You can check your child's account balance as long as you have access to the internet. You can set up the account to receive a Low Lunch Balance email. Please be sure to allow SPS EZpay into your email, otherwise it will be considered spam and will go into your junk email.
