Carroll High School's Alumni Association invites you to support the 15th Annual Alumni Golf Outing.

Alumni & Friends Welcome!

Golfers sign in at 9:00 a.m.; 10:00 a.m. shot gun start
PLEASE NOTICE THE CHANGE IN SHOT GUN START FROM LAST YEAR!

Cost: $100.00 per person includes golf, cart, beverages, post-golf dinner, door prize entry

Awards: Hole-in-One Grand Prize, first place and second place teams, longest drive, closest to the pin, and more

Remember values learned and friendships formed at Carroll High, and join us for a great day of golf and fellowship.  Proceeds from the Alumni Golf Outing support the Alumni Association in providing opportunities for alumni, in furthering the advancement of Carroll, and in helping to provide Carroll legacy scholarships to current students.  All sponsorships and golfer fees are tax-deductible, minus the actual cost or benefit received. Your tax-deductible portion would be $30.00 per player.

Any items that could be used as door prizes are greatly appreciated.

Register early as the field is limited to a first come, first served basis.

Please respond before August 24, 2012. 

No refunds for cancellations, but substitutions are allowed.
